Directors are elected by the members at the Annual Meeting, each a three year term. Each director represents a district except for one which is an At-large position. Directors can be nominated by petition or from the floor at the annual meeting.
Board Meetings occur on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Annual Meeting date is the 2nd Wednesday of October.
