Rate Effective December 2007 Billing Period
Applicability: Applicable to consumers utilizing three phase service for all purposes including lighting, heating and power, subject to the established rules of the seller. This includes, but is not limited to, agricultural, commercial, or industrial loads, which may or may not utilize load management systems for peak shaving purposes. (Over 50 kVA)
Type of Service: Three phase, 60 cycle at available secondary voltages.
Rate per Month:
Three Phase Demand Service: Rate Code 10 (Non-controlled loads)*
Demand Charge per kW: $11
Energy Charge:First 150 kWh per kW: 6.9¢
Excess kWh per kWh: 4.5¢When applicable, qualifying All Electric Heat shall have the demand reduced by either actual coincidental demand or a calculated deman based on kWh.
Three Phase Demand Services: Rate Code 20 (Controlled loads)*
Off Peak kW (Non-Coincidental): $5
Plus On Peak kW (Coincidental): $11
Energy Charge:First 150 kWh per kW: 6.9¢
