Rate Codes 11, 12, 13, & 14
Rate Effective December 2007 Billing Period
Applicability: Applicable to consumers for irrigation services, subject to the established rules of the seller. This includes, but is not limited to demand or non-demand metered, single, two and three phase services for irrigation loads.
Rate Codes 11 & 12 applies to pivots with a total horsepower of 15 or less.
Rate Codes 13 & 14 applies to pivots with a total horsepower greater than 15.
Rate Codes 11 & 13 applies to irrigation loads interruptible by the load management system.
Rate Codes 12 & 14 applies to irrigation loads not interruptible by the load management system.
Type of Service: Single, two or three phase, 60 cycles at available secondary voltages.

Add tax where applicable.
Billing Demand: Billing demand shall be determined, at the discretion of Charles Mix Electric, by one of the following means:
- Using a factor of 80% of the name-plate horse power rating.
- Using standard demand and energy metering equipment.
- Using energy meters with associated hour use meters.
Terms of payments, notices and fees shall be covered under Policies 601 – 604.
